Hancock High School has many fun and interactive clubs for students to be a part of. Students of all grade levels can join these clubs. You can also receive opportunities to be part of competition and plan school functions.


Student GovernmentStudent Government is involved in many school activities such as homecoming and blood drive. We also do things for our community, including helping the less fortunate in the neighborhood. If you are interested in this club please see or contact Mr. Tidwell


Chess ClubChess Club teaches participants the skill of playing and winning chess matches.


DECADECA is a business and marketing program that competes in different levels of competitions and also gives members the opportunity to receive scholarship and grants for college. If you are interested in DECA contact Mrs. Eyre

HI-STEPHI-STEP is a club that has high school students go and talk to younger aged children to go above the influence and make good choices by not smoking, drinking, or doing drugs. If you are interested in HI-STEP contact Mrs. Kloppel


Book ClubBook Club reads some of the most popular teen books, and have meetings to discuss the books. It also encourages reading. If you are interested in Book Club contact Mrs. Oldham


National Honor SocietyNational Honor Society is a community based organization that teaches about bettering your community and volunteering in the community. If you are interested in Honors Society contact Mrs. Nelson or Mrs. Dillender

OAC OAC stands for "Organization of Art and Culture" and our purpose is to expose ourselves to new experiences that will increase our understanding of the world around us. If you have any questions about OAC please contact Mrs. Long.


FBLAFBLA is a fun, student-centered organization that prepares high school students for careers in business and business-related fields. Members of FBLA receive opportunities that will give them a head start for college and the vastly growing world of business. If you have any questions about FBLA contact Mr. Cochran.


Varsity HVarsity H is made up of Student Athletes manly Varsity players but also two year Junior Varsity players. They work with the community, helping the Special Olympics and doing a toy drive for children in Children’s Hospital. They also work many sporting events to build up school spirit.
