Our mission is to promote personal growth and leadership developement through Family and Consumer Sciences education.

Here at Hancock High School, Mrs. Spina leads our FCCLA organization. She is the one who accepts members, plans our meetings, and chooses our community service project for the year. In FCCLA, we do all that we can to help others around us. We have at least one meeting every month, and may have more depending on what the circumstances are. FCCLA also has meetings outside of school. We run a few fund raisers a year to help raise money to go on field trips to the FCCLA Leadership Conferences.

To become a member of FCCLA, you have to be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about FCCLA, active in FCCLA programs, innovative, futuristic, and be committed to the organization.
